Harassment Forms
Harassment forms include sexual harassment, racial or ethnic harassment, harassment based on religion or gender, disability, age, or other protected characteristics. It ranges from subtle to explicit and can occur through words, actions, or digital messages.
Common forms include sexual harassment, racial or ethnic harassment, bullying and intimidation, and harassment based on disability or other protected traits. Repeated behavior or a single serious incident can violate workplace policy and law.
