Description:
This course focuses on communication strategies that reduce friction, prevent misinterpretation, and build trust. You will examine patterns of miscommunication and practice de-escalation techniques in a variety of scenarios, including cross-cultural contexts and virtual settings.
Participants will leave with practical scripts and templates to apply in daily interactions and meetings.

All parties have access to support resources during and after an investigation. This includes guidance, counseling, and contact with optional employee assistance programs. Safe work arrangements and accommodations may be provided as needed.

All support contacts and actions are treated with privacy. Records related to the report are maintained in secure systems. Individuals are informed of available protections against retaliation and future protections.
