Purpose and Scope
Measurement defines what success looks like in harassment prevention and diversity initiatives. It aligns goals across retail, F&B, healthcare, and hospitality, enabling leaders and teams to see progress and pinpoint gaps in policy, training, and culture.
Key Metrics
Identify lagging indicators such as incident counts, resolution times, and report rates, and leading indicators such as training completion, coaching participation, and perceived inclusiveness.
Data Sources
Data may come from incident reports, HR records, anonymous surveys, focus groups, and audit findings. Combine qualitative and quantitative signals for a balanced view.
Baseline and Targets
Establish baselines using historical data and set SMART targets that are measurable, time bound, and realistic to guide improvements.
