Description:
External stakeholders can influence workplace climate. This module covers risk factors, contract language, reporting avenues, and coordination with suppliers and partners to prevent harassment. You will learn how to manage third-party interactions while upholding internal standards.
Onboarding and Training Requirements
Reinforce that external partners must complete harassment prevention and diversity awareness training as a condition of onboarding. Training should cover respectful communication, bystander intervention, and reporting obligations.
Define minimum training hours, required completion dates, and documentation that training has been completed. Include refresher training at regular intervals to maintain awareness.
Embed training into the onboarding checklist and vendor management workflow. Require evidence of completion in the vendor record and link it to performance reviews.
Link training outcomes to consequences for non compliance and to renewal decisions. Regularly review and update training materials to reflect new risks and lessons learned.
