Participants practice steps: pause, reflect, ask clarifying questions, paraphrase, and respond with respect. Debriefs highlight how choices affect all parties and emphasize inclusion from multiple perspectives.
Guidelines for a constructive de escalation: maintain safety, respect boundaries, acknowledge emotions, and avoid retaliation. Debriefs reinforce learning with feedback and concrete improvements for future interactions.
At the end, learners commit to applying inclusive language, neutral questions, and fair processes in day to day work. The goal is practical change that prevents harassment and builds a more inclusive culture.
